Currently we offer embroidery only on The Dreamsoft Organic Cotton Travel Scarf, but we hope to add more items for embroidery in the near future.
How many characters are allowed for embroidery?
2 to 3 characters are allowed, depending on the monogram chosen. You'll see a preview of your personalized scarf in the preview window before completing your order.
What is the proper order of initials when monogramming?
The traditional personal monogram order is First Name – Last Name – Middle Name, or First Name – Middle Name – Last Name.
Where will the embroidery be placed on The Dreamsoft Organic Cotton Travel Scarf?
The embroidery will be located on the bottom corner, next to the Zestt brand tag. You'll see a preview of your personalized scarf in the preview window before completing your order.
What are the processing times for embroidery orders?
Please allow 5 business days for embroidery processing. Your selected shipping time is in addition to these 5 days. Orders ship complete, so any other items in your order will ship together with your embroidered item. Personalized orders are not eligible for Express Shipping.
Can embroidery orders be Express Shipped?
Personalized orders are not eligible for Express Shipping. They need 5 business days of processing before they ship, and the shipping time is in addition to that. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend ordering early.
Can I return a monogrammed item?
No, all monogrammed items are Final Sale. If there is an error with your monogram, please reach out to us at customercare@shopzestt.com.
Can you embroider a logo?
Yes, we can embroider logos. For custom orders and pricing, please reach out to Melani at melani@zesttorganics.com.
How do I care for my embroidered Dreamsoft Organic Cotton Travel Scarf?
The embroidered scarf has the same care instructions: machine wash cold, tumble dry low and remove promptly.
