Zestt Organics is a growing organic cotton lifestyle brand known for thoughtful design, high-quality products, and exceptional customer care. As our ecommerce and wholesale business continues to grow, we are expanding our warehouse team to help ensure orders are packed carefully and shipped on time.

We are currently hiring multiple Fulfillment Team Members to support our growing order volume.

This role focuses on picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You’ll help ensure that every order leaving our warehouse reflects the care and quality our customers expect.

We’re looking for dependable team members who enjoy staying organized, working with their hands, and contributing to a positive team environment.

 

 

What You’ll Do

Order Fulfillment

  • Pick products accurately from warehouse inventory

  • Pack customer orders carefully and efficiently

  • Prepare shipments using our shipping and fulfillment systems

  • Ensure orders are complete and packaged neatly

Warehouse Organization

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse

  • Restock packing stations and supplies as needed

  • Assist with organizing incoming inventory

  • Support general warehouse organization

Team Support

  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and team members to meet daily order goals

  • Assist with preparing orders during busy periods and seasonal spikes

  • Support embroidery/customization workflows when needed

  • Communicate any order issues or inventory concerns to leadership

Helpful but not required:

  • Warehouse or fulfillment experience

  • Ecommerce shipping or packing experience

  • Familiarity with shipping software or barcode scanners

Training will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $18 – $22 per hour depending on experience and reliability.
