The ideal candidate enjoys variety, is highly organized, and is excited to contribute wherever needed to help the team succeed.

  • Coordinate custom embroidery projects with internal teams.
  • Perform quality inspections before orders ship.
  • Troubleshoot basic machine issues and coordinate service when needed.
  • Maintain embroidery supplies, thread inventory, stabilizers, and materials.
  • Keep the embroidery area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist the fulfillment team with picking, packing, and shipping customer orders during slower embroidery periods.
  • Support inventory counts, product organization, and warehouse improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects and cross-functional tasks as business needs evolve.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and organization within the embroidery department.

Qualifications

  • Previous commercial embroidery experience preferred.
  • Experience operating Melco, Brother, Tajima, Barudan, or similar commercial embroidery equipment is a plus.
  • Comfortable learning new software and production systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods (reasonable accommodations are available).

What We're Looking For

Our best team members:

  • Take ownership of their work.
  • Communicate openly and respectfully.
  • Stay organized and accountable.
  • Stay curious and enjoy learning.
  • Care about their teammates and our customers.

Pay & Perks

  • Competitive salary starting at $24/hr based on experience.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Retirement plan with company match.
  • Employee product discount.
  • Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
  • Opportunity to help build and grow our embroidery department while playing an important role in our warehouse operations

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
