Customer is responsible for return shipping or can utilize our pre-paid return label for a flat $4.95 fee per order. Receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. All orders ship from our warehouse in Frostburg, MD. Please note that our warehouse is experiencing longer than usual lead times and orders can take up to 5 business days to leave our facility.
