How do I track shipping of my order? 

Orders placed on zestt are delivered by UPS in either ground or expedited shipping methods or by USPS priority mail.  You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when the shipment leaves our warehouse.  Tracking availability will vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the delivery area for your item(s).

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we just ship orders to the United States.  Australia customers, please contact our Australian distributor Can't Find It! (nina@cantfindit.com.au) to find a retailer in your area.  

What do I do if a product I want is out of stock?

When selecting the color or size variant on the product detail page, out of stock items will appear as SOLD OUT. You will not be able to add these items to your cart as they are temporarily unavailable.

How do I care for my 100% organic cotton products?

All of our products can be machine washed, alone on gentle cycle.  We recommend drying our knit products flat, but if you need to use a dryer, please tumble dry low.  Each product contains a care tag with more specific information on how to care and launder.  

What is GOTS?

GOTS stands for the Global Organic Textile Standard.  All of the products in our line are GOTS certified, meaning that they are made with at least 70% organic materials and adhere to strict growing, social and environmental standards.  Each piece is guaranteed to be free from more than 100 harmful chemicals used in standard textile production.

What is your return policy? 

We want every zestt organics product you purchase to bring joy!  If you are unhappy for any reason, you are welcome to return unused, unwashed merchandise for a full refund. We will issue your refund after your items have been received and inspected by our warehouse, usually within 48 hours of receipt.  You will be notified when your refund has been processed.  All refunds will be issued back via the same method used to make the original purchase.  Please note that it may take 2-10 days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
