What are your holiday shipping deadlines?
Standard Shipping: Order by 12/15 for delivery by 12/24
Express Shipping: Order by 12/20 for delivery by 12/24
What is your gift return policy?
We offer an extended 60 day return policy for holiday orders to ensure that your gift recipients have ample time to exchange or return their item via our self-serve portal. All orders placed between November 12 and December 20, 2025 will enjoy this extended return window.
Do you offer gift wrap?
We are excited to offer gift wrapping on all zestt orders for $7.99. If selected at checkout, all items in your order will be placed in a zestt branded drawstring bag and wrapped in tissue paper. If you would prefer separate gift bags and cards for gifting, you will need to place individual orders for each gift recipient. All of our products are shipped without pricing anywhere in the package. We do offer a gift message option at checkout. Include your message at checkout and the recipient will receive a printed note placed in the shipping box. Only one gift message can be included per order.
